I'm not making you stick with the Actor or Actress who plays the characters in the show, but until the character is either taken and the play by is changed to a new one or listed as unavailable that Actor/Actress will not be open to be used for an OC play by. Once that happens they were be added to the open play by list and the reason will be stated as to why. Deceased characters Actor/Actress will not be available to be claimed for a play by.
